Looks like Miley Cyrus was in a very patriotic mood on July 4th!
The singer/actress tweeted this photo of herself sitting in front of several American flag decorations while wearing a denim top with blue sequins and a USA headband, along with the caption “Happy 4th.”
Miley also appeared to be wearing a ton of red lipstick in the photo and tried to make her lips appear bigger, something she frequently does.
