Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth: Mobbed by Fans in Philly!

Miley Cyrus wore a long floral dress, Converse sneakers and her usual top knot hair do as she and Liam walked down the street in Philadelphia.
The newly engaged couple did some shopping at a local CVS when some fans noticed the hot young couple and started to mob them.
Miley and Liam were nice enough to stop and make some fans’ dreams come true by taking some pictures with them.
Liam is currently in Philly to film the thriller movie “Paranoia” which also stars Harrison Ford.
