Katie Holmes looked in good spirits while leaving the Midtown office of her divorce lawyer’s following a long afternoon meeting.Holmes’s security detail entered the building carrying two bakery boxes, presumably containing some kind of confectionery treat.
As was reported earlier sources close to Katie say she felt forced into Scientology and was afraid daughter Suri would get forced into a Scientology camp by husband Tom Cruise. (see story)
Katie is said to be filing for sole custody of Suri which is a good thing considering Tom is always out filming!
