Miley Cyrus won’t stop tweeting and showing off her new haircut on Twitter, but the 19-year-old hid from cameras when out with fiance Liam Hemsworth in Philadelphia where he is currently filming a movie.
Miley has received a lot of negative feedback after her drastic haircut which has caused her to tweet things like “my dad @billyraycyrus used to tell me “opinions are are like ass holes every body has one” LOVE my hair ❤ feel so happy, pretty, and free” and “I ❤ the BLOCK button.
